The new Acer projectors have improved brightness of 4000 ANSI lumens from a laser/LED hybrid light source. They feature a 50,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, HDR10/HLG compatibility, and can produce a wide range of colors and accurate brightness through four modes suited for different content.
The HL6810ATV includes an Acer-exclusive Android TV embedded dongle, giving users access to smart home features. It supports streaming apps like Netflix and YouTube and can be controlled with voice commands via a dedicated remote or a smartphone.
Acer claims these projectors offer consistent brightness for up to 30,000 hours. Their hybrid light source is mercury-free, and the projectors use recycled plastic in their chassis and recycled paper for packaging.
The Acer HL6810ATV and HL6810A are IP5X-rated for protection against dust. They include Acer BlueLight Shield technology, an HDMI 2.0 port for connecting external speakers and amplifiers, and support Blu-ray 3D. The projectors also have a power-saving mode and an instant on/off feature to reduce power usage when switching modes or when idle.
