Lava is set to launch the Agni 3 on October 4th, and in anticipation, the company has been teasing several details about the upcoming smartphone. One standout feature is the inclusion of a secondary display, much like what was seen on the Mi 11 Ultra. Additionally, the device will feature a customizable Action button, likely similar to the ones found on the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 16 series. Lava has also provided details on the chipset powering the device and given an indication of its pricing.

Key Specifications of the Lava Agni 3

Through various teasers shared on X, Lava has confirmed some exciting details about the Agni 3. It will be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7300X chipset, which is also used in the Motorola Razr 50 foldable phone.

One of the unique features of the Agni 3 will be a customizable Action button on its side, designed to help users quickly access specific shortcuts and tasks.

The phone will boast a dual AMOLED display, including a secondary screen located on the back alongside the camera setup, much like the Mi 11 Ultra. According to a report by Gadgets360, the secondary display will measure 1.74 inches and function as a viewfinder for taking selfies with the primary camera. This screen will also allow users to handle notifications and answer calls directly.

Lava’s teasers repeatedly mention the phrase “Smartphones under ₹30k,” indicating that the Agni 3 will be priced below Rs 30,000. For comparison, its predecessor, the Lava Agni 2, debuted at Rs 21,999 in India.

Other confirmed features of the Agni 3 include a 1.5K curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The triple-camera system will include a 50MP main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a telephoto lens. Additionally, the device will support Dolby Atmos sound technology for enhanced audio quality. Lava has also announced that the Agni 3 will be available for purchase on Amazon India.
